Session 5, June 9: Talk on contemplation of feelings (26 minutes), followed by a guided meditation.
Session 4, June 2: Talk on contemplation of death and decay, followed by a guided meditation.
Session 3, May 26: Talk on contemplation of the four elements and the concept of emptiness, followed by a guided meditation.
Session 2, May 19: Talk on external and internal mindfulness and mindfulness of body parts, followed by a guided meditation on body parts.
Session 1, May 12: Introduction to mindfulness, followed by a guided meditation on the breath.
